Steel Plate Milling
Milling for machined plates, mold bases, equipment bases, fixture plates and large frame plates.
We mill, cut, surface-grind and flatten steel plates, with drilling, tapping, chamfering and welding available. Our large gantry machines handle plates up to approximately 2.5 m × 5 m. We assess standard industrial tolerances and lead times against your drawings.

From milling, cutting, grinding and flattening to holes, chamfers and welding, we make plate components to your drawings.
Milling for machined plates, mold bases, equipment bases, fixture plates and large frame plates.
Flatness and dimensions are checked against drawings for industrial equipment and mold applications.
Cutting, drilling, tapping, chamfering and welding are available to produce the required plate geometry.
We accept customer-supplied material and assess grades specified on drawings under ASTM, SAE/AISI, EN, DIN, ISO or local standards.
For equipment bases, large frame plates, construction machinery, welded structures and general industrial equipment.
For machine components, equipment plates, fixtures and industrial parts with specified strength requirements.
For mold bases, die sets, tooling plates and fixture bases. Machinability depends on hardness and heat-treatment condition.
Milling, grinding, flattening, cutting, drilling, tapping and chamfering can be assessed against your drawings.
Other grades are welcome:Send the full grade, material standard, hardness, heat-treatment condition, plate size and drawing requirements so we can confirm feasibility.
Grades from different national standards may have similar properties but are not necessarily equivalent. The grades above are examples of machinable materials; final requirements follow the customer drawing, purchase order and material specification.
From plate preparation and machining to lifting and dispatch, the main processes take place at our production facility.

Multiple large gantry mills support large plates, bases and frames for industrial equipment manufacturing.

Large gantry milling and surface-grinding machines, supported by overhead cranes, handle large-format plates.
We confirm dimensions and standard industrial tolerances from drawings, then inspect during machining and before delivery.
We support small trial batches and larger production orders, including customer-supplied material and drawing-based machining.
Incoming, in-process and final checks help track machining results. Inspection records can be provided on request.
Verify the material and machining requirements before production begins.
Check dimensions and surface condition at key machining stages.
Review the finished part before delivery and provide inspection records on request.
Dongguan Mowang Metal Industrial Co., Ltd. is a steel plate milling and grinding factory at Room B13, Enjun Industrial Park, No. 68 Wusha Haibin Road, Changan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
Our three workshops cover approximately 6,000 m². Around 100 employees work with approximately 50 machines, including large gantry mills and surface grinders. We can machine plates up to approximately 5 m long.
We serve domestic and overseas customers with steel plate machining. Customers are welcome to visit the factory and inspect our equipment, processes and quality checks.
For prototypes and production orders alike, we discuss the machining approach based on your drawings and the intended assembly.
Please share drawings, material grade, dimensions, quantity, tolerances and target delivery date so we can assess the machining work.
